Bike was confirmed picked up by them on 10/24 in an email which also stated that the bike will be delivered "within 7 - 10 days".
The only communication from them has been in response to my emails sent on 11/01 and today 11/03.
Seven days was 10/31 and ten days is today 11/03 and still no better estimate of when it will be delivered.
My bike has been sitting for more than five days in Texas.
So much for the promises of being updated and delivery windows. With their thinking they promise 7 to 10 days but if if it takes three weeks it's alright because it's just an estimate. 129360c
