1. Written by Charles S Whitt on April 13, 2012 from -, -, US You are so believable...ofcourse if I damaged someone's car and told my insurance not to pay then they would obey me. I have used this company several years now, and the lies you write in this scam of a website are criminal. I've learned that you were a competitor on Uship. Perhaps if you spent more time cultivating your business instead of writing complaints about competitors on this site you may have better business results. I personally agree with the company's view, if you are dumb enough to believe this crap no loss to them. If you had a legitimate real legal standing then you would have no need to post on here.
2. Written by Travis K. on February 18, 2012 from -, -, US I asked the company about all these post before contracting them and they forwarded me all the evidence and proof I need regarding these post. 1. This damage claim was posted by a competitor off of Uship and completely false. 2.I verified that the reviews online at Uship are all posted by paying actual clients--no one can pay to post 700+ shipments 3. The bike from WI was transported by another company all together not them. I even callled the detective in MO and found out they weren't involved at all. My shipment went as planned and I highly recommend them. I have no reason to post anything or lie about anyone. What is your reason?
3. Written by ATTY IN CA on February 11, 2012 from los angeles, california, US IF THE TRANSPORT COMPANY IS INSURED WHY THEN WOULD THEY SIMPLY NOT COVER THE STOLEN BIKES? IT SOUNDS LIKE THE TRANSPORT COMPANY IS POSTING THEIR OWN GOOD REVIEWS AND THE WOMAN IN WI AND THE POOR BUYER IN AUSTRAILIA ARE SCREWED. THE AUSTRAILIAN SIMPLY NEEDS AN ATTY, LIKELY IN TEXAS WHERE THE COMPANY THAT WAS PAID FOR TRANSPORT WAS HIRED. THEY ARE LIABBLE EVEN ID THEY HIRE A SUB CONTRACTOR. SUE THE *** OUT OF THEM,THEY DESERVE IT. DO THE RIGHT THING AND COVER THE MERCHANDISE YOU WERE PAID TO SHIPAND DELIVER IN PERFECT CONDITION.
4. Written by Steven F on February 8, 2012 from richardson, texas, US I know for a fact this is not true. They have insurance which is verifiable and they replaced a damaged side bag that one of their drivers dinged. When I asked them about this posting they forwarded me the email sent from this competitor (anonymously) complaining about them stealing away his business and threatening them with more postings like this!!! I know for a fact that if you ask them about this nonsense they have all the supporting evidence to prove this is complete BS. Shame on you for posting lies.
5. Written by Juanita on January 7, 2012 from medford, wisconsin, US I posted the story about the stolen Harley. If it is true that Wolverine has all of this Insurance then why haven't they taken responsibility for the stolen bikes, mine included? They are people who farmed out the job to another guy, Terry Barnhart, of Globe and Anchor. It was Wolverines responsibility to insure that this guy whom THEY hired was covered to transport all of these bikes and an old collectors car too. After the theft neither of them would take responsibility for covering my bike(which had been purchased and paid for by an Australian gent). Wouldnt be Wolverines place since THEY were hired for the job. They never even notified the Australian guy that they were going to farm out the job to an uninsured dude who had a truck and trailer. Every word of this is true. Just because you may have been lucky and didn't have damage to your bike OR WORSE YET you didnt get your bike ripped off doesn't mean it didn't happen! Matt and Marisol Gamen never even sent the title from the bike to the Australian guy. He never rec'd it from them...wonder what happened to that?? Missing bike AND title??? How convenient is that? I dont care about your good experience! All we know is about the BAD one!!! And it makes up for all the warm fuzzy ones! This is not over, and I hope they will be in court soon. We will post all reports to prove this story. Juanita
6. Written by Juanita Everson on January 7, 2012 from medford, wisconsin, US BEWARE! This company was contracted to pick up my Harley and ship it to Australia. The man who bought my bike and hired them (Wolverine) lives in Australia. Wolverine hired another guy to actually pick it up from me in WI. They hired Anchor Globe, a guy out of Michigan. He had NO Insurance and they didn't care. They sent him to get my bike and take it to CA to get it on a ship to Australia. Well on his way to CA he supposedly gets his ENTIRE rig stolen. Yup, truck, trailer and ALL OF THE BIKES WENT MISSING! Over a year later and the lying bastards still deny responsibility. The guy in Australia is out 12,600. He has hired a lawyer now and I will do all I can to help him!! Stay away from WOLVERINE! They are rip off scammers. Totally unprofessional amatures! I really think they were involved with stealing these expensive custom bikes!! Every word of this is true! Stay away! I hope they are sued for every *** cent that bike was worth and more! What a bunch of crooked *** LOSERS! Do have a similar story? email me at We need proof/stories to bring charges against them. Please help by emailing me. Thank you. Juanita

8. Written by Jerry on February 12, 2011 from madison, wisconsin, US I had Wolverine, out of Texas, transport a bike from Arizona to Wisconsin last year. I also use the best enclosed auto transporters in the business on a recurring basis to move classic cars. Matt is right up there with anyone and a pleasure to do business with. I will use Wolverine again, without question.
9. Written by Brad T. on December 7, 2010 from richardson, texas, US Hey Tracey, if you read through all the insurance filings you will find that when ever the insurance has to file a new certificate they cancel the old filing not the policy!! Also every year when the policy is renewed the old one is cancelled. This is commercial insurance and not your local Geico policy. FYI if the insurance policy EVER gets cancelled their authority would also get revoked, which has obviously never happened. If you read through all the dates of insurance policies there is overlap. It is clear to me you don't understand how to read the site, nor are posting all the dates of eacy policy, probably on purpose. Please read and understand what you read before posting or trying to defame another company. It is clear you are a competitor and not a customer. Any customer can look up or call Wolverine's insurance agent or verify the certificate of insurance, which you obviously do not have. As for the violations, the N means no citation was given, but those areas were inspected.
10. Written by Gary on December 7, 2010 from los gatos, california, US I'm joining the list of very satisfied customers. I frankly don' believe the poster's complaint. I used Matt October 2008 and he was reasonable, friendly, flexible, delivered when he said he would, and what was really cool was that he called me a couple times with updates so we could coordinate. I was looking for his contact info for another job when I came across this nonsense. Looks like Matt has a lot of support from his many satisfied customers.
